Volleyball Recap: Glenns Ferry Takes a Loss

After flying high against Rimrock last Thursday, Glenns Ferry came back down to earth. The Pilots lost 3-0 to the Wendell Trojans on Tuesday. The Pilots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Trojans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

While Glenns Ferry had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-23, 25-23.

Glenns Ferry now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Wendell, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Glenns Ferry and Wendell will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Pilots are set to face off against their familiar foe Lighthouse Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Wendell will square off against rival Aberdeen at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
