McKinley came tearing into Thursday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 14-7 margin over the Lafayette Generals. Considering the Macks have won six games by more than six runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

McKinley's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-5. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Lafayette, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

As of now, neither McKinley nor the Generals have any future games scheduled.
