Putnam City North had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They blew past the Muskogee Roughers, posting a 59-16 win.

Putnam City North's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Anthony Leonard, who went 5 of 9 on his way to 13 points and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Khai Brown, who went 5 of 6 on his way to 10 points along with five boards and three blocks.
