Basketball Recap: Horizon Huskies vs. Desert Mountain Wolves
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Horizon). They blew past the Desert Mountain Wolves 60-38 on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 49-47 back in December of 2024.
Horizon got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Avery Olson out in front who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten boards. Peyton Schiltz was another key player, going 7 for 16 on her way to 18 points and six assists.
