Volleyball Recap: Dawson School Takes a Loss

Dawson School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Estes Park Bobcats.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-11, 25-18.

Bella Ward paced Dawson School's offense, picking up five kills. Ward got some help from Chloe Sebek and her seven assists. Finally, Ward was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Dawson School's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Estes Park, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-12.

Dawson School wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Clear Creek on the 30th. Estes Park has also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Gilpin County on the 30th.
