Dakota's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Anchor Bay Tars with a sharp 3-0 win. The Cougars not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since October 8th (when they won 3-0).

Dakota's victory bumped their record up to 12-20-2. As for Anchor Bay, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-22-1.

Looking ahead, Dakota will head out to square off against Troy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Anchor Bay, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Port Huron Northern at 6:30 p.m. on November 3.
