Soccer Recap: Westerville Central Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Reynoldsburg on Tuesday, Westerville Central came back down to earth. The Warhawks fell just short of the Pickerington North Panthers by a score of 1-0 on Thursday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Westerville Central came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 35th, while Pickerington North are ranked 165th).

Westerville Central's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2-3. As for Pickerington North, they now have a winning record of 4-3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westerville Central will head out to take on Westerville South at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pickerington North, they will venture away from home to square off against Dublin Scioto at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
