Poquoson dropped down to 10-3 on Tuesday, ending the team's eight-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Tabb Tigers, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Islanders have suffered since September 4th.

As for Tabb, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory they have posted against Poquoson since October 5, 2021.

Tabb's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Addison Burhite, who had 12 digs. Burhite has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last five times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ayla Sharp, who had 17 assists.
