            Volleyball Recap: Clear Springs Chargers vs. College Park Cavaliers        
        
		
        
        
            Clear Springs had lost three straight, but after bumping their record up to 12-4  on Thursday that streak is in the rearview. Everything went their way against the College Park Cavaliers as they made off with  a  3-0 win. The Chargers were shut out  2-0 the last time they took on the Cavaliers, so the Chargers were just returning the favor.
  Lianna Kearns went supernova,  getting 17  digs and two  aces. That's the most  aces  she has posted  over her last 16  matchups.
As for College Park, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-8 record  this season. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  loss they have suffered  since August 12th.
  Piper Jenkins and  Abby DiMatteo certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss.  Jenkins  had 19  digs and two  assists, while  DiMatteo  had 20  digs.  Devon Cameron also deserves some recognition as  she  had her first  block of the season.
 Clear Springs has already played their next game,  a  2-0  victory against Lago Vista on the 29th. As for College Park, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  match,  a  2-0  win against Hallsville on the 29th.
