Tuscarawas Central Catholic had lost nine straight headed into Saturday's game, but Jayce McCollins didn't let it get to ten. The Tuscarawas Central Catholic Saints walked away with a 41-31 victory over the Madison Christian Eagles on Saturday thanks in part to McCollins, who went 7 for 11 en route to 16 points in addition to six boards and six steals. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

Tuscarawas Central Catholic's win ended a 12-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-10. As for Madison Christian, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-10.

Tuscarawas Central Catholic will host Strasburg-Franklin at 7:00 p.m. on January 25th. Madison Christian has already played their next contest (against Northside Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
