Volleyball Recap: Providence Cristo Rey Comes Up Short on the Road Against Terre Haute North Vigo

Providence Cristo Rey kicked off their season on the road on Wednesday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 3-0 to the Terre Haute North Vigo Patriots. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-17, 25-15.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Terre Haute North Vigo to victory, but perhaps none more so than Pierce Lee, who had eight aces.

Terre Haute North Vigo has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Providence Cristo Rey will take on Cristo Rey St. Martin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Terre Haute North Vigo, they will face off against Evansville Reitz at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
