Volleyball Recap: Duluth Takes a Loss

Duluth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Norcross Blue Devils. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-6.

Duluth's defeat dropped their record down to 1-23. As for Norcross, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-12 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Duluth is set to take on their familiar foe Meadowcreek at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Norcross will face off against rival Parkview at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
