Volleyball Recap: Williamsburg Falls to West Branch in First Game of Season

Williamsburg unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the West Branch Warriors on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Blue Pirates were not able to make up for their loss to the Warriors from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-8, 25-12.

West Branch's win bumped their record up to 3-1-2.

Coming up, Williamsburg is taking a road trip to face off against Mount Union at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Branch, they will be playing at home against Curwensville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
