Nathan Axmann Turns in Season-Best Effort
Nathan Axmann produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Waverly to the win on Friday. Axmann rushed for 202 yards and three touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
The win was the sixth in a row for Waverly, bringing their record for this year to 6-2. Axmann and Waverly will be playing at home against Pius X at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
