Football Recap: Marquette Comes Up Short

Marquette was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Parkway North Vikings, falling 30-7. The Mustangs were not able to make up for their defeat to the Vikings from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Marquette's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Parkway North, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Marquette will head out on the road to take on Hazelwood Central at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Parkway North, they will host Hazelwood East at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
