Basketball Recap: Apalachee Takes a Loss

Apalachee managed to keep up with Alcovy until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Apalachee Wildcats came up short against the Alcovy Tigers, falling 70-49. The defeat continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now lost three in a row.

Apalachee's loss dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Alcovy, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Apalachee nor Alcovy have any future games scheduled.
