Uvalde has gone a perfect 8-0 against Poteet recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Uvalde Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) will head out to challenge the Poteet Aggies at 7:00 p.m. Uvalde is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.1 goals per game this season.

Uvalde's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 5-0 margin over Hondo. The Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) haven't had any issues with the Owls recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Lino Rodriguez and Diego Granados scored all five of Uvalde's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 15 goals.

Meanwhile, Poteet was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 8-0 to Floresville.

Uvalde's victory bumped their record up to 4-5-1. As for Poteet, their loss dropped their record down to 0-10.

Uvalde beat Poteet by a goal in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, winning 2-1. Will Uvalde repeat their success, or does Poteet have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
