Softball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Madison

Madison had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They walked away with a 7-4 win over the Churchill Chargers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mavericks also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2024.

Madison pushed their record up to 4-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.7 runs over those games. As for Churchill, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-12-1 record this season.

Madison will head out to take on Reagan at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Churchill, they will welcome Clark at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give Clark their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season.
