After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Forbush, Mount Tabor was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the North Davidson Black Knights. This was payback for the Spartans, who suffered a 3-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

While Mount Tabor might've won, it sure wasn't easy: North Davidson scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-19, 21-25, 29-27.

Peyton Connolley paced Mount Tabor's offense, picking up 11 kills. Connolley got some help from Madison Starkey and her 23 assists. Connolley was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

With the victory, Mount Tabor broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-9. As for North Davidson, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

Mount Tabor didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against North Forsyth on the 10th. As for North Davidson, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Glenn on the 10th.
