Smiths Station has gone a perfect 10-0 against Central recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Panthers will take on the Red Devils in a tournament on Saturday. Smiths Station will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Smiths Station had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the six-goal drubbing they dealt Northside Methodist Academy on Friday. The Panthers never let the Knights get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. Smiths Station's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four contests.

Their offense was hitting Northside Methodist Academy from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Sophie Fowler led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Central's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of Smiths Station by a score of 1-0. Central have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Smiths Station's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Smiths Station came out on top in a nail-biter against Central in their previous meeting on Tuesday, sneaking past 1-0. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Red Devils have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
