Basketball Recap: Columbus Takes a Loss

Columbus lost against Frontenac back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Columbus Titans fell 42-32 to the Frontenac Raiders.

Despite the loss, Columbus still got an impressive performance from Brylie Johnson, who posted 16 points. That's the most points Johnson has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Bentley Townsend, who put up seven points.

Columbus has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season. Frontenac's victory bumped their record up to 7-8-1.

As of now, neither Columbus nor Frontenac have any future games scheduled.
