St. Charles won the last time they faced Mabel-Canton and things went their way on Friday too. The Fighting Saints were the clear victors by a 12-3 margin over the Cougars. Considering the Fighting Saints have won five matchups by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

St. Charles has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. As for Mabel-Canton, they dropped their record down to 4-8 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Charles will head out to face off against Lake City at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Mabel-Canton, they will venture away from home to take on Wabasha-Kellogg at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
