Baseball Recap: Newkirk Takes a Loss

The Newkirk Tigers came up short against the Cashion Wildcats on Thursday, falling 9-2. The game marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Newkirk saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aden Foul, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one RBI.

Newkirk's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Cashion, their win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0.
