Volleyball Recap: Saguaro Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Marcos de Niza on Monday, Saguaro came back down to earth. The Sabercats fell just short of the Mesquite Wildcats by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. The Sabercats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Saguaro now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Mesquite, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-2.

Looking ahead, Mesquite will take on El Camino in a tournament on Friday. Saguaro will be paying especially close attention to the Wildcats' game: after the Wildcats face off against the Wildcats, they'll take on Saguaro again at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
