Basketball Game Preview: Tinora Rams vs. Lake Flyers

The Tinora Rams will square off against the Lake Flyers at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.

Tinora is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Paulding just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They lost to the Panthers on the road by a 62-46 margin. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 516th, while the Panthers are ranked 137th).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lake). Everything went their way against Fostoria on Friday as they made off with a 90-68 win. The Flyers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 20 points or more this season.

Tinora's defeat dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Lake, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season.
