After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mountain Vista, Erie was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They secured a 34-28 W over the Fort Collins Lambkins. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Tigers considering their 13-point performance the contest before.

Erie's defense made their presence known, laying out Justin Cranford three times. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Gabe Sema, Lincoln Hageman, and Ashi Pierce, who each picked up one sack apiece.

Fort Collins' loss came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cranford, who threw for 276 yards and three TDs. Jack McKeon helped Cranford out on the ground, rushing for 114 yards and one touchdown.
