North Augusta has gone a perfect 10-0 against Midland Valley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Yellow Jackets will challenge the Mustangs at 7:15 p.m. North Augusta will be strutting in after a victory while Midland Valley will be coming in after a loss.

North Augusta's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed last Thursday. They came out on top against Aiken by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for North Augusta.

Meanwhile, Midland Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch last Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 4-1 to South Aiken.

Midland Valley's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for North Augusta, their win bumped their record up to 7-4-1.

North Augusta was able to grind out a solid victory over Midland Valley when the teams last played back in April of 2024, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Yellow Jackets since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
