Dearborn's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Canton. Dearborn's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matches.

Meanwhile, Salem beat Romeo 2-0 on Saturday.

Dearborn's record now sits at 9-2-2. As for Salem, their record is now 10-2-1.

Dearborn couldn't quite get it done against Salem in their previous matchup back in May of 2025 as they fell 3-1. Can the Pioneers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
