Football Game Preview: Steelton-Highspire Steamrollers vs. Columbia Crimson Tide + How To Watch

The Steelton-Highspire Steamrollers will host the Columbia Crimson Tide at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Steelton-Highspire will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

On Friday, Steelton-Highspire strolled past Newport with points to spare, taking the game 38-24. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Steamrollers' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania football rankings (they are ranked 185th, while the Buffaloes are ranked 373rd).

Meanwhile, Columbia hadn't done well against Hamburg recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Crimson Tide breezed past the Hawks to the tune of 34-6. The Crimson Tide might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by 28 points or more this season.

Steelton-Highspire better keep an eye on Kareem Nichols. He was instrumental in Columbia's win, rushing for 61 yards and two scores on only eight carries. Nichols also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making two total tackles and defending one pass in addition to snagging an interception.

Columbia didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The team can thank two different players for their defensive prowess: Nichols and Oliver Green, who each picked up one interception apiece.

The win got Columbia back to even at 5-5. As for Steelton-Highspire, their record now sits at 7-2.
