Parkway North waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They came out on top against the Visitation Academy Vivettes by a score of 2-0. The Vikings were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Vivettes, so the Vikings were just returning the favor.

Caroline Fuehne paced Parkway North's offense, picking up seven kills. Fuehne got some help from Abby Schrumpf and her 14 assists. Ellanee Nieto controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Parkway North's victory bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Visitation Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7-1 record this season.

Parkway North didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Holt on the 4th. As for Visitation Academy, they will challenge MICDS at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
