Valley Christian was the 29-21 winner over East Palestine when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Valley Christian Eagles took a 34-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of the East Palestine Bulldogs. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly six points.

East Palestine found their leader in freshman Jacklyn Ogle, who went 10 of 20 en route to 23 points in addition to five boards and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Ogle has scored all season.

As for East Palestine, they are taking a road trip to face off against Leetonia at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. East Palestine is facing Leetonia at the right time seeing as Leetonia is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
