Volleyball Recap: Carl Junction Find Success

Carl Junction won the last time they faced Clinton and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of 2-0.

Maddy Huffman paced Carl Junction's offense, picking up nine kills. Huffman got some help from Jadyn Howard and her 12 assists. Huffman was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Carl Junction's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Clinton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Carl Junction wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Nevada on the 6th. As for Clinton, they have also already played their next match, a 1-1 tie against Neosho on the 6th.
