Baseball Recap: Franklinville's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Two

Franklinville won against Randolph on Monday with 14 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The Panthers beat the Cattaraugus-Little Valley Timberwolves by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 14-1. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by ten runs or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Franklinville and bumps their season record up to 3-2. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Cattaraugus-Little Valley, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the loss, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Franklinville will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Timberwolves: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
