Baseball Recap: Hamilton Victorious

Hamilton never let their opponents score on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-0 victory over the Meridian Wildcats. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

Hamilton's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was J.D. Whitaker, who went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Hamilton's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Hamilton will be playing in front of their home fans against Smithville at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Meridian, they will head out on the road to take on West Point at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
