Firestone is a perfect 4-0 against North since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Falcons will be playing at home against the Vikings at 5:00 p.m. Firestone will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Firestone proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by 17) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Chippewa 4-3.

Luke Rhamy looked comfortable as he tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run any time he's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Nate Plas, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one triple. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Isaak Nespo, who scored a run while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Meanwhile, North came up short against Ellet on Wednesday, falling 19-2. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Orangemen recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Firestone's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for North, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Everything went Firestone's way against North when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Firestone made off with a 16-0 victory. Do the Falcons have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Vikings turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
