Football Recap: Watertown Indians vs. St. Joseph Cadets
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Watertown can now relate to. They were dealt a 42-7 defeat at the hands of the St. Joseph Cadets on Tuesday. The Indians have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second loss in a row.
Watertown's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for St. Joseph, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-3.
Watertown does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Joseph, they will face off against Hand at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday. Both have allowed few points on average, (St. Joseph: 9.6, Hand: 14) so any points scored will be well earned.
