Soccer Recap: Ottawa Takes a Loss

After flying high against Chanute on Tuesday, Ottawa came back down to earth. The Cyclones lost 8-0 to the Louisburg Wildcats on Thursday. Ottawa haven't had much luck with Louisburg recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Ottawa's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Louisburg, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-1-1 record this season.

Ottawa will be playing in front of their home fans against Highland Park on Monday. As for Louisburg, they will venture away from home to challenge De Soto on Monday.
