Venice lost to West Port back in March of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. Venice was the clear victor by a 12-1 margin over West Port. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won seven contests by seven runs or more so far this season.
Jayde Neptune looked comfortable as she tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.

Venice will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Vanguard at 5:00 p.m. Vanguard will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Venice surely won't give up without a fight. As for West Port, they will face off against Sickles at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. West Port's pitchers better be ready for this one: Sickles has averaged an impressive 7.5 runs per game this season.
