Basketball Recap: Lake Washington Piles Up the Points Against Juanita

Lake Washington was handed a heart-breaking three-point loss in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against Juanita on Saturday. The Lake Washington Kangaroos blew past the Juanita Ravens 75-25. That 50 point margin sets a new team best for the Kangaroos this season.

Lake Washington has also been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.2 points per game. As for Juanita, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.

Lake Washington will square off against Redmond at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Redmond knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven games -- so hopefully Lake Washington likes a good challenge. As for Juanita, they will take on Hazen at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Juanita is facing Hazen at the right time seeing as Hazen is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
