Softball Preview: Putnam Clippers vs. Wheeler Lions

Meanwhile, Wheeler entered their tilt with Bacon Academy with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They had just enough and edged the Bobcats out 10-9.
Putnam's victory ended a ten-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-4. As for Wheeler, they pushed their record up to 4-1 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.
