Basketball Recap: Jeff Davis Comes Up Short

Jeff Davis played a tough match on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by the Brantley County Herons 47-11. The contest marked the Yellowjackets' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Jeff Davis and nudges their season record down to 6-7. As for Brantley County, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-4.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Berrien the next time they take the court. Brantley County will head out to face Berrien at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Jeff Davis will host them at 6:00 p.m. on January 18th.
