Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West St. Mary). Everything went their way against the Jeanerette Tigers on Wednesday as they made off with a 28-18 win. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Wolfpack considering their two-run performance the contest before.

The victory snapped West St. Mary's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-7 record. As for Jeanerette, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

West St. Mary will square off against Catholic - N.I. at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jeanerette, they will welcome Highland Baptist Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
