Softball Recap: Paso Robles Comes Up Short

Paso Robles was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 12-1 to the Stockdale Mustangs.

Isabelle Murphy was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run. Another player making a difference was Riley Moore, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base.

Paso Robles' defeat dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Stockdale, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Paso Robles wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 11-1 victory against Lompoc on the 10th. As for Stockdale, they have also already played their next game, a 12-4 loss against Madera on the 10th.
