Baseball Game Preview: Foxborough Warriors vs. East Bridgewater Vikings

The Foxborough Warriors will challenge the East Bridgewater Vikings at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Foxborough 3.5, East Bridgewater 2) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Foxborough is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They never let Medfield get on the board and left with a 9-0 win on Tuesday. Foxborough not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since May 24, 2024 (when they won 11-2).

Meanwhile, East Bridgewater won against Cohasset on Wednesday with four runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Vikings walked away with a 4-0 victory over Dennis-Yarmouth Regional. The win was nothing new for the Vikings as they're now sitting on three straight.

East Bridgewater pushed their record up to 4-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average this season. As for Foxborough, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.
