St. Martin de Porres comes up short despite Terrance Davis' strong performance

After flying high against Mentor Christian last Tuesday, the St. Martin de Porres Lions came back down to earth. St. Martin de Porres was beaten by Hawken 80-45 on Wednesday. St. Martin de Porres was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-24.
Despite the loss, St. Martin de Porres still got an impressive performance from Terrance Davis, who scored 17 points. Davis is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 17 or more in the last five games he's played.
St. Martin de Porres' loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Hawken, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 14-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Martin de Porres' road trip will continue as they head out to face Andrews Osborne Academy at 1:30 p.m. on February 10th. As for Hawken, they will face off against Orange at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
