The Warsaw Wildcats will face off against the South Callaway Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Warsaw will come into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.
Warsaw is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Pleasant Hope/Halfway 86-6 on Friday. Considering the Wildcats have won eight contests by more than 25 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

It was another big night for Josh Harvath, who rushed for 145 yards and three touchdowns. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 121 rushing yards.
Harvath was just one part of a punishing run game: Warsaw was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 383 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 201 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.
Special teams also played a big role in the game for Warsaw, adding 14 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Caden Casteel, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 58 points the game before, South Callaway was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They came up short against Tipton, falling 30-8. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri football rankings (they are ranked 200th, while the Cardinals are ranked 84th).
Warsaw's record now sits at 9-0. As for South Callaway, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-4 record.
Friday's matchup might be decided on the ground. Warsaw has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 288.4 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like South Callaway struggles in that department as they've been averaging 193.4 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's contest turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Warsaw strolled past South Callaway in their previous matchup back in November of 2023 by a score of 46-28. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
