Soccer Recap: Williams Field Has No Trouble Against Gilbert

After failing to score in their last contest, Williams Field made sure to put some goals up on the board against Gilbert on Wednesday. They blew past the Gilbert Tigers 5-2. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Black Hawks' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

They hit Gilbert with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sydney Delaney (2), Amira Dunn (2), and Londyn Miles.

Williams Field now has a winning record of 6-5-3. As for Gilbert, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10-2.

Williams Field wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Tolleson on the 24th. Gilbert has also already played their next matchup, a 1-0 defeat against Marana on the 24th.
