Basketball Recap: Jena Piles Up the Points Against Caldwell Parish

Jena hadn't done well against Caldwell Parish recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Jena Giants breezed by the Caldwell Parish Spartans to the tune of 54-12. The game marked the Giants' most dominant victory of the season so far.

With the win, Jena broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-6. As for Caldwell Parish, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-14 record this season.
