Everything went their way against the Duncanville Panthers and Pantherettes on Friday as they made off with a 9-1 win. Considering the Longhorns have won nine contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Monte Dismuke spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on four hits and racked up 12 Ks. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.
