Vacaville put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their undefeated season alive. Their defense stepped up to hand the West Park Panthers a 2-0 shutout. Two seems to be a good number for the Bulldogs as the team scooped up a win with the same number of goals in their previous game.

Freddy Brenes and Noah Norford scored both of Vacaville's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Vacaville's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-0-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored eight goals over those three contests. As for West Park, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 1-3-2 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Vacaville will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Dixon at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for West Park, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the West Park duke it out with the Center at 12:00 p.m. on December 27th.
